Challenge no.25 - Recycling at SCRAP AFRICA

Sjoe it's been a hectic few days in the Sharp household!! What with getting Caide all packed up and ready to go back to boarding school, getting Jamie ready for Grade 1 and Bryce ready for his last year of Primary School, I must confess to being rather knackered! Roll on weekend!!

So....just a quick post to share the latest SCRAP AFRICA challenge with you. It's a fabulous challenge, one I know you will all have fun with......RECYCLE!!

You need to use at least one recycled item on your project. Create a card, layout or altered piece, that has a recycled item and please tell us what that item is.

Here is the layout I created for this challenge. I used a clothing tag for my recycled item!

Challenge # 10 at Scrap Africa

The latest challenge is up and live at the SCRAP AFRICA blog. In the words of Evgenia, this is what it is all about:

After some thoughts we decided to make the white challenge! and if you wish you can add one color of your choice, but white must remain the main color, it must dominate.

You can make a card or a layout or altered art.  You can also use a bit of kraft.

I must admit I was initially a bit scared of this challenge, but once I got going my layout just fell into place. I started putting this one together at 4am on Sunday morning, I couldn't sleep!!!
