I have a scrapbook page to share with you today. Yup, I have been doing some scrapping!! It's been a few weeks since I last did a page!! I was so inspired when I saw this week's sketch at Scrapbook Challenges, and I knew I had just the photo I wanted to work with :)

Wee Memories Challenge and a few others!!

Morning everyone, hope you are having a wonderful weekend!! We have certainly had real Summer weather here this weekend. I got a bit of a tan yesterday while I was doing some weeding :)

So today I am posting a card that qualifies for 3 challenges, my first being my favourite Saturday challenge over at wee Memories, their challenge for this week is to use Patterned Paper on your card. This was the perfect challenge for me because I nearly always use P.P. on my cards!!

The second challenge is Challenge #138 over at Cute Card Thursday. Their challenge is "Anything Goes", so as you can imagine there have been LOADS of entries this week!!

The third challenge is to follow a sketch over at Just Magnolia. I have rediscovered my love for my Magnolia stamps (thanks to Sharon), if you may not have guessed from the cards I have posted this last week :)

So my friend Linda hosts a Creative Friday over at her blog Natural Suburbia. I haven't posted anything about my knitted FO's lately so I thought today would be as good a day as any!!

So today I am posting some pics of my 2nd Minimalist Cardigan. I love this pattern, and it really is so well written....but I don't think I will be knitting a 3rd!! I am not really too fond of how the band rolls, I would much prefer it to lay flat!!

Say it in ... Gold

So as my title would indicate our Annabelle Stamps challenge for this week is to create a card in GOLD!! Wow, this challenge had me a bit stumped as I have next to no gold elements in my stash. I managed to find a few little items, and put together a classic Christmas card for this challenge. Do you want to have a look??



This card was also quite a challenge to photograph!! The side-on view is a better representation of the actual colour of the card! I used the gorgeous "Christmas Scene Baubles" set for this card. Perfect stamps for making a stylish and classic Christmas card. Check out the Annabelle Stamps shop HERE.

Krafty Creation Challenge with the Spotted Chick

So today I decided to make another card with one of the lovely images Sharon stamped for me. I am really loving playing with my Copics right now. I placed an order with 7Kids yesterday for some new Sketch Markers, so far I only have Ciao's and the square markers, so I can't wait for these to arrive!!!

So while blog surfing I remembered a blog I used to really enjoy and went and visited the Spotted Chick, I really wasn't sorry, and so enjoyed catching up on Jeanie's latest cards, and drooling over her new craft room.

As I scrolled down I noticed her Krafty Creation challenge so thought I MUST create a card for this lovely challenge. Only problem is I only own 1 piece of Kraft cardstock, which I had already used a section of, luckily I had enough left to make a card, so here it is!!

The sentiment I used on my card is by Annabelle Stamps as well as the yummy Boysenberry Sprinkles!!

Thank you Sharon!!

Today I wanted to do a little post to say "thank-you" to my on-line friend Sharon. She really is one of the nicest people I have met through this wonderful hobby, she is sweet, kind and encouraging, and I really hope to meet her in real life some day. She stamped me some lovely images and I received my happy parcel on Saturday.

It's been a while since I created a card just for fun, but I couldn't help myself when I saw some of the gorgeous images Sharon stamped for me!!
