Teddy Bears Picnic @ Teddy Stampers

Hi there. Welcome back for my second post of the day, which is a bit late, sorry!!!!

Teddy Bears Picnic!!

Here are the words to the little song to inspire you:

If you go out in the woods today
You're sure of a big surprise.
If you go out in the woods today
You'd better go in disguise.
For every bear that ever there was
Will gather there for certain, because
Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic.
Picnic time for teddy bears,
The little teddy bears are having a lovely time today.
Watch them, catch them unawares,
And see them picnic on their holiday.
See them gaily dance about.
They love to play and shout.
And never have any cares.
At six o'clock their mommies and daddies
Will take them home to bed
Because they're tired little teddy bears.

Today the challenge is set by the talented ANNIE (go and visit her blog, it's wonderful, the link is in my side-bar!). ANNIE set us the challenge to use the following on our card:

Welcome back for my second post of the day.

As my heading would indicate, you can create any kind of card, as long as it has a teddy on it of course!!! A twist to the challenge is making it a 2x2 challenge, where you could use either 2 different ribbons & 2 buttons. Easy as pie!! If you do make a card with the 2x2 recipe, you will be entered into the draw for the prize twice!!

Hope all my overseas readers are enjoying some warm summer weather, to match my Summer Bear card! (Here in SA we are in the middle of our winter, and this morning it was FREEZING!!).

I have always been a Rupert fan!! I coloured my image with my Copics and the red embellies are called Sprinkles. The sentiment is from a stamp set called "Flowers with Love", and both this stamp set and the Sprinkles are available from Annabelle Stamps. The sponsor for this challenge is Squigglefly!

Challenge 10-(And my first)-at Teddy Stampers

The challenge this week was set by fellow DT member Sharon, and is a DOUBLE challenge! You are to follow a sketch, which I will post below, and to use the colours: Pink, Yellow, Brown and Blue. How easy is that!!

Some Exciting News!

Hi all. Just wanted to share some exciting news.

I have been asked to join the Teddy Stampers Design Team. So excited!! I mean who doesn't like Teddy Bears, so making cards with these little guys is going to be a pleasure!!

A card for the Teddy Stampers Challenge

Two posts in one day. Wow!! I made this card over the weekend. My fellow DT member Jerusha is involved with the Teddy Stampers site, and I wanted to make a card to take part in their weekly challenge. Apparently it was Mothers Day in the UK over the weekend, so the theme was to create a Mothers Day card using a cute teddy. I found just the teddy, which was a freebie from Tales from Pollycraft (the DT I am trying out for!!). Anyway, here is my card:
