Project Life: Week 14/02-20/02
Thanks so much for coming back to view my photos from last week. I am so glad you are here!
MONDAY: Valentines Day was quite a low key affair for us this year. Little token gifts, and a normal work and school day!!
TUESDAY: On Sunday we had a bit of a mishap in the swimming pool. Bryce and I had done a lovely trick of him doing a back flip off my shoulders. The second time around it didn't work as well, and he landed on my head. It was so sore I nearly passed out!
WEDNESDAY: It was Ray's moms' birthday on the 11th and will be Ray's on the 18th. Ray cooked a delicious macaroni and cheese for all of us. It was delicious!
THURSDAY: It was the boys Valentines Disco at school tonight. They were both quite excited about it, and had a lovely time. They were a bit tired the morning after though!!
FRIDAY: Today was a very big and busy day for us. The boys both had their school gala and did exceptionally well!! Brycie got 3 first places, out of his 5 races. I am so proud of how his swimming has improved!! Caide did exceptionally well and was awarded the Senior Victor Ludorum trophy. And then of course it was Ray's 40th birthday!!! We headed off for Drakensville straight after the gala. This photo is of us at supper on Friday night.
SATURDAY: Today was a bit overcast, so in the morning we enjoyed a game of family putt-putt. Ray won the game and I was in a close second place. It was loads of fun!
SUNDAY: Me and my gorgeous boys in the pool. This is where we spent most of the weekend. It was bliss!!
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. Please stop for a moment and say "hi" while you are here :)

As I type this my two older boys are off to their Valentines Disco, and Friday is Ray's 40th birthday, and Caide & Bryce's school gala. Straight after the gala we are heading to the Berg for a lovely relaxing family weekend to celebrate Ray's milestone birthday!!

This card was inspired by a card I saw over at the lovely Andrea's Blog, thanks for the inspiration Andrea, hope you don't mind that I cased your card!!

I seem to be having a bit of an Autumn theme going with the colours of both of these cards, what tells you I am dreaming of cooler crisper weather!!
The set will be available straight away with free postage for 24hrs for those living in Australia and for the rest of us we will get a $5.00 discount. The code for Australian customers is "febrelease" and for others is "intfebrelease". Project Life: Week 07/02-13/02
Hello and welcome back to my blog today. I am so happy that you stopped by!!!
Here are last weeks photos, enjoy!!
MONDAY: I have been spending some more time in my spinning/knitting room, and am really enjoying it. It's funny how I go through the different phases with all the hobbies I have. I have spun some lovely wool lately. It's such a wonderful feeling to complete a skein of homespun yarn!!
TUESDAY: A close-up of our curious and very brave chicks. When you come into their hock they are all over you, especially when you have some food in your hands!!
WEDNESDAY: Today was such a proud for me. Today my 3½ year old son got his Water Safety Badge. He really has come along in leaps and bounds with his swimming, and I am so happy that he, like his two brothers, loves the water!! Also think his scrunched up cap face is just too cute!!
THURSDAY: Today is my 2nd day back running, and I couldn't be happier. Since going back to work I have let my exercising rountine lapse terribly, and I have been feeling a bit depressed about it. Now I can feel what has been missing in my life, and I realise I NEED to excercise to be a complete person. I am running on a Tuesday, Thursday & Friday and look forward to getting back into a healthier way of life!!! Yes, I am very hot and sweaty!!
FRIDAY: My very cute boys with their very cute chicks. I love that they are learning a little about self-sustainable living. They really love going to check on how many eggs have been laid every day, and don't mind mucking in to clean the hock and to give the chicks fresh food and water.
SATURDAY: Well Jamie has taken a couple more steps since getting his badge on Wednesday. He is now swimming the whole width of the pool. We decided to practise over the weekend, and I demonstrated to him how he should try and swim with his face in the water, then lift his head up to breath, and then put it back in the water again. He copied me to a tee, and can now swim. We are beyond happy!!!!!
SUNDAY: We went out to lunch today for a early Valentines Day celebration. We went to the Lodge and enjoyed a delicious meal and a wonderful couple of hours together, the boys were on their best behaviour too!! Thanks for a lovely lunch Babe!
Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting my little space. I really do appreciate any comments that are left, they mean so much so me!!!
If you would like a bigger view on any of the photos just click on it.

Project Life: Week 31/01-06/02
Welcome back to my blog today. Hope you enjoy the little peak into what went on in our life last week:
MONDAY: Jamie pulled out his ark that his Granny gave him for his 1st birthday and was playing me tune after tune on the little piano part. It was just too cute!! He is in his little costume because Monday is swimming lesson day!
TUESDAY: This is the extent of Jamie's nap every day. A little power doze on the trip out to fetch the boys at Uelzen!
WEDNESDAY: I made my AnnaBelle Challenge card this morning, and this is how my desk looked afterwards. VERY messy, but oh how worth it. I love being creative, it gives me such joy!
THURSDAY: The boys were heading off for school when I turned around and saw this adorable sight. Jamie using his slop as a mode of transport for Noah and 4 Arms AKA Ben Ten!! :)
FRIDAY: It being Friday, I thought it would be nice to take a treat to work, a Wimpy muffin for Ray and I and a mega Hot Chocolate for me, yummy. Must confess I did feel a bit sick and guilty afterwards :(
SATURDAY: Jamie ADORES Billy. He loves to cuddle and play with him, and Billy just lies there and takes it. He is such a special dog. Today Jamie was giving Billy loves, and he called me and asked me to take a photo. Of course I couldn't say no!!
SUNDAY: I was SO proud of my family today, especially Ray!!! We all swam the Chelmsford Challenge. Ray, Bryce and I did the 500m Fun Swim (fun???), and Caide did the 1000m Mens event. Caide did so well and came 7th in his age group in a time of 23min43sec, he improved his time from last year by 6 minutes!!! What I love most about today is that Ray took part, despite doing no excercise for years he got involved and I LOVE that. Thanks Babe xx
Thanks so much for dropping by my little corner of the world. Please stop by and say "hello", I would love to "meet" you!!
(If you would like a bigger view of any of the photos just click on it!)
