Project Life Week 6/2- 12/2

Naptime Momtog

The Mom Creative

Hello, nice to have you visiting me again!!!

It was another full week this week, the highlight being the wonderful success of Caide and Bryce at their school gala!! Caide won all his races and was awarded the Senior Victor Ludorum trophy, he was also Captain of the Eagles, and they won most points and the Spirit Cup. Bryce also won all his races and was awarded the Junior Victor Ludorum trophy. I could not have been more proud!!!

It was also a sad week because it would have been Anne (my MIL's) birthday on Saturday if she had not passed last year. It was her first birthday without her. We took my FIL shopping with us so he wasn't alone on the day.

The week ended on a lovely note with my sweet hubby surprising me with some flowers, I love him so much!!

I look forward to seeing what you all got up to last week!! Hugs ((((x))))

Hey Dawn, that's not our bedroom, it's our 12 year old son Caide's room. I was furious with him for leaving it like that before he left to go to school!!

A great series! That bedroom looks like a typical teenage boy's room.
I love your little one peeking over the bench with his creation :)
And the trophy wins... Congratulations to your boys!!

My children were all athletic and won numerous trophies - my eldest for athletics & cross country, and my youngest three won age champion for swimming all through primary & high school and they also have their names engraved on the same Swimming excellence trophy awarded each year to a Year 7 student who achieves state and national representation.

How sweet is your hubby!! :)

Beautiful flowers from your hubby! My son's name is Cade, too (just spelled a little differently!). Those anniversaries are never fun; glad you were able to find a way to honor her!

This is what Project Life is all about - capturing memories. The good (flowers), the bad (messy boys and their rooms) and the sad (your MIL's birthday) - in the years to come I bet that you will love everything that you were able to achieve and remember by doing PL.

Love all your photos! How lovely that your hubby brought you flowers.

So great that your family spent the day w/your FIL on your MIL's birthday. I'm sure he was so thankful to have all of you! I know that year of "firsts" is especially hard.

Hugs to you!
