Some Odd Girl June Sketch & Hair Raising Challenge

Ok, don't fall over..... I made a card and coloured with my Copics!!!!! It has been absoluteLY AGES since I played with my Copics, but I had the urge (or craving, no I am not pregnant ;) yesterday, so I went with it and just played. It was such a lovely creative release!!!

When I feel like colouring with my Copics, I more often than not will colour a SOME ODD GIRL digi image, they are my absolute fave!!! I splurged (don't tell my hubby!), and bought myself a cute new image, PICNIC MAE, she is such a pretty gal!!

I based my card on the June Sketch Challenge at the Some Odd Girl Blog. I LOVE to do that, it makes putting together a card such a breeze!!

Here it is:

I also stumbled on the SOME ODD GIRL STAMPS Ning Site yesterday, and decided to play along with the HAIR RAISING CHALLENGE. I have never used these colours for hair before, and am fairly pleased with the way it turned out!!

Sketch Challenge no.16 @ SCRAP AFRICA

Hello, if I do happen to still have some blog readers left, welcome back. I really am sad that my poor blog has been so neglected of late, but my life really has taken a 360 degree turn because my Mom and very elderly & frail Gran have moved in with us. Needless to say my crafting time has been almost non existent!!

I am RATHER late in getting this post up, but here it is!!!! My layout for the latest SCRAP AFRICA sketch challenge!!!!

(Sorry about the rather poor quality of photos I used here, I am really battling to find the best way to photograph my layouts!!)

Here is the fun sketch we got to play with for this challenge!!

Please stop by the SCRAP AFRICA blog for details of the prize up for grabs as well as inspiration from the rest of the fabby SCRAP AFRICA team!!!! You have until the 14th of April to submit your layout!
